The layout allows for an open feel throughout the main living area with a double-sided fireplace connecting the dining room. A main feature in the renovation is a double height atrium space equipped with operable skylights. The 2nd floor features a glass floored catwalk over the atrium space and is optimized to create a series of bedrooms, abundant storage, and a master suite. The basement is completely renovated and is enlarged to the full length of the the addition to a create a large clerestory lit recreation space.
