The new Pies 'N' Thighs restaurant on Canal street on the Lower East Side is set up as a classic open counter design with a row of 2 top tables along the other side of the space, with a large skylit dining room in the back of the space.
A casual palette of materials were used similar to the Williamsburg location of Pies 'N' Thighs space but with some streamlined elements such as frosted globe pendants and brass wall sconces, red and white patterned concrete floor tile, and a combinaton of rustic and painted built in seating and counter surfaces.
