"three-seater" aka "blue chair"

The 'three-seater' chair is a result of experiments in digital to physical transformation and material research in cast aluminum, foams and plastics. Its construction offers a new and unfamiliar solution in furnituremaking

Undertaken as part of Randall Wilson’s advanced objectmaking curriculum at SCI-Arc. The purpose of the class was to explore a “non-commercial viability” for furniture, more driven by the creative process and less by commercial appeal and mass marketability.
